Ultimate Maple Snickerdoodles
Good flavor. I used butter and rolled cookies in a cinnamon, white sugar, brown sugar mix. Think I need to soften the butter more, as mine didn't spread much. Also, I based for 12-13 minutes - 10 left mine way too wet in the middle.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies
Pretty good - but i modified the recipe so next time I think i'll try what's written. This time around, I used butter, 1/2 c brown sugar and 1/2 cup white, spiced rum for the water, and added a splash of vanilla. For rolling, I sprayed a scoop (a bit bigger han a meon baller) with Pam and dropped right into the sugar. It worked well and I didn't have to wait for the dough to chill. Will definitely try again,.

Apple Crisp IV
Very good. I modified by using oat flour instead of wheat flour (just blend oats in the blender) so my daughter, who's allergic to wheat, could eat it too. I also prepped the apples by adding a 1/2 c of apple cider, 2 Tbls of lemon juice, 1/2 c brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg to them prior to putting in the pan. I also added more cinnamon and nutmeg to the crust mixture, along with a pinch of cloves. Very very good.
