This was easy to put together and looks so good, and to top it off...its great...add a dollop of whipped cream and enjoy! My boyfriend said it was too pretty to cut..but that didn't last long.

Let me tell you, this was a joy to make and it was very tasty...my husband loved it and kept walking in the kitchen with his nose in the air! I added a little splash of whistishire(spelled wrong) and finely chopped green pepper and splenda (1 pk) inplace of regular sugar and it had just enough zing to it was great...very much a keeper!

I have to say I was skeptical of my boyfriend and the apples but he loves kielbasa and surkraut and guess what?..he loved it!.. I did add sauteed onion and caraway seed, also salt and pepper to taste. Very good! will have to play with this one again and do
