Turkey Pot Pie I
This was ok. I'm a pot pie fanatic and I've had better recipes. I just wasn't a fan, sorry. I do want to note the 3 Tbsp. of dried parsley was a bit much. I'd decrease it to 1 Tbsp.

Shoepeg Corn Casserole
I should have added less sour cream like some of the reviews said. It was way too saucy. Good flavor though.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
My husband doesn't eat mayo. He loves this. I went a little easy on the sauce, other that that, loved it!
