Baked Pork Chops I
Made this for dinner last night - thought it was fabulous. I had purchased pork chops not knowing what I would make, looked up recipes, and this looked the best - plus, I could make it with ingredients on hand! I cut the cooking time down to 20 minutes before sauce/20 minutes after sauce. Only used a bit of sauce during the baking process, heated up the sauce in a pan, and used the rest for those who like sauce (some in my family don't). Also, I only had cream of chicken soup, so used this, and added a clove of garlic (crushed) to kick up the flavor a bit, plus an extra dash of wine. Will definitely be making this again!
