Super Easy Spinach and Red Pepper Salad
I thought this was so good. I added some pine nuts. Will definately make this again.

French Spring Soup
This was very good. Like nice restaurant quality. My husband said it was out of this world. He's never said that before. I too used 1/2 chicken broth and 1/2 water, 3 cloves of garlic minced, and some sliced mushrooms. oh yeah

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
Very good. This is definetely on my comfort food list. Even my son loves this. He's so picky.
