Sean's Falafel and Cucumber Sauce

everyone in my family liked these! i used baking soda and put them in the oven for 20 minutes. i made about 15 small patties so that there would be lots of crunchy outside and less mushy inside :P

Ninety Minute Cinnamon Rolls

this isn't the best cinnamon bun i've had, but considering they only take 90 minutes i'm impressed with how they turned out. they were good warm, but once they cooled down i made cream cheese icing for the ones that were left. yummy!
