Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I
A huge hit with my husband. Easy to prepare. I increased the amounts to serve 6. Next time will increase to serve 8 so we have plenty of leftovers.

Apple Glazed Pork Chops
My husband loved it. I used pork steaks insstead of pork chops. Also took the advice of others and seasoned the pork steaks while browning them. Also, use the cinnamon flavored chunky applesauce and added cinnamon. Quick and easy
