Soft Oatmeal Cookies
The search is over for Oatmeal cookies!!! I tried so many over the years these are so chewy and just perfect! I didn't have time to refrigerate it so I just baked them and sprinkled sugar on top, also added raisins. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Lemony Shrimp over Brown Rice
I made the brown rice separate according to the instructions. Used only 2 Tbsp of wine... The cornstarch I dissolved with a couple of tablespoons of water before mixing it in the hot pan. Added some sugar and black pepper to taste!! Serve with spring vegetables! Loved it!!

Frank's Famous Spaghetti Sauce
Great sauce, my whole family loved it! Just added 2Tbsp of sugar to calm the acidity.
