My family Loved this I altered a bit I didn't have onion soup mix so I fried in olive oil then a splash of red wine then when all meat was done I added a bit of water (maybe 1/2 cup)and whisked and then added my onions to it and cooked a little poured over my meat in a roaster pan added a gravy powder and a few drops of Worcester sauce then added all the other ingredients and cooked it was to die for love it love it... made home made biscuits to go with it....
