Best Ever Banana Bread
I've used countless banana bread recipes, but this one remains at the top. Just moist enough, with the buttermilk adding richness to it. When we have family over, they directly ask for it -- it's been deemed "better than my childhood memories of mom's b-bread." So I guess there's no reason to look for other recipes at this point! My only notes - reducing the sugar and making sure the bananas are overripe (I use 3, which is more than 1 cup), and a pinch of cinnamon and nutmeg
