One Hundred Thousand Calorie Bars
These were really great. I have to admit I did switch around the toppings as I had a coworker who loves German Chocolate cake, so I added coconut - but everyone said it was the best "brownie" they had ever had.

Balsamic Roasted Red Potatoes
These had great flavor, and didn't taste strongly of "vinegar". Do try them!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup
This soup was good! I didn't have any chicken in the house but lucky for us, we went out to eat the day before and had fajitas, and we brought home a large amount of fajita meat and veggies. I added that to my soup near the end (since they were already cooked) and it worked out great.
