Creamy Dill Cucumber Toasties
There is something special about this recipe. We usually toast only one side of the bread under the broiler. It gives it a bit of a crunch. Both sides seems like a little much

Stir-Fry Pork with Ginger
Awesome and simple. Using a wok and a HOT burner, it is amazing. Just reduce cooking time and throw onions, sesame oil, and wine on when it comes off heat. GREAT.

Orange Cream Fruit Salad
I liked the orange flavored twist on the traditional fruit salad. Would make a good summer pot-luck dish.
