Crustless Cranberry Pie
Very good. Seems even better the day after, next time I'll make it a day ahead. I may also see if I can get away with reducing the amout of butter a wee bit. Could easily be served in an 8 X 8 pan, was great with whipped cream. Nice job, Jean.
