Turkey a la King Deluxe
What a hearty, filling dish...and it didn't seem like recycled Thanksgiving dinner! I floated scoops of stuffing on the top the last few minutes of simmering, like you would drop a dumpling. Delish.

Grandma's Corn Pudding
Loved the eggy-custard taste and texture of this. I covered it with foil until the last 10 minutes, I didn't want the top too brown.

Crustless Cranberry Pie
Very good. Seems even better the day after, next time I'll make it a day ahead. I may also see if I can get away with reducing the amout of butter a wee bit. Could easily be served in an 8 X 8 pan, was great with whipped cream. Nice job, Jean.
