Country White Bread
This was a really good simple recipe... the dough rose easily and I was out of sugar so I put in a few tablespoons of this imitation honey I had laying around and it was still really good. I had sort expected it to rise a bit more than it did and it didn't brown as well as I wanted even after brushing the top with milk, but that could be more my fault than anything. Either way it still turned out great and maybe next time I'll use it for cinnamon rolls or cinnamon swirl bread like other people suggested.

Lemon Sponge Pudding
I used to make something like this when I was a kid, and as a lemon lover I must admit that I love it, especially because the proportions were just right. Thanks for the awesome recipe!

Blueberry Buckle
Taste wise this was a very good recipe. I had some left over frozen blueberries from a previous recipe and decided to try this out, and although I had to bake it for approximately 20-25 more minutes to set the middle, it was still a great recipe.
