pretty good,a little bland.The oven temp was too low,takes forever at 350.I recommend 375.

Stuffed Green Peppers I

Perfect!I only stuffed four peppers but used all the listed quantities,just chopped up the sliced off tops and put them and the rest of the beef mix in the bottom of the pan.this made a lovely soup for lunch the next day!

Berry Crumb Bars

I made this without changing anything and I'm sure it turned out exactly as it is supposed to.The texture and taste were pretty good,they just weren't sweet enough for me,the crusts were bland and grainy.Seemed more like a breakfast bar than a dessert.I doubt I will make this again.

Chantal's New York Cheesecake

This is a superb recipe!Didn't change anything and it tasted wonderful!I had a moment of concern however,when the about three fourths of the way through the bake time it had risen about an inch and a half above the pan rim.It fell to pan height during cooling however and turned out great.

Jerk Chicken and Pasta

Soooo good!I followed the recipe exactly,tasted very similar to the sauce at one of my favorite local restaurants.I did however use tofu instead of chicken,I breaded and fried it and used the jerk seasoning in the flour.I will definitely make this again and again.Thanks!
