Chocolate Zucchini Bread I
Great recipe. One of my family's new favorite treats. Try with a couple squares (not discs) of grated Mexican chocolate--like La Abuelita Mexican hot chocolate--for a little extra "kick"!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style
This is the best rotisserie-style chicken recipe I've run across. The chicken is moist and flavorful... Goes great with a brown rice risotto.
