Slow Cooker Sweet and Tangy Chicken
This recipe was super easy to make. My kids loved it which is a huge plus. Next time I would changes it by cutting back on the BBQ sauce a bit and adding more veggies...I think chopped carrots would go well with this meal. Also, 5 hours on LOW setting was plenty of time for this to cook. Any longer and the chicken would have been too dry. Over all, a good recipe and I will make it again. Thanks!

Slow Cooker Marmalade Curry Chicken
Wonderful recipe and very simple to prepare. I added an extra tsp of curry and coated the chicken in flour. I also added chunks of potatoes, a few onions and 2 tsp of minced garlic. I cooked it on low for 4 1/2 hours and then added a can of coconut milk to make the sauce creamy. Everyone in my family loved it except for one of my sons who "doesn't do anything with oranges"...boy did he miss out!! We served it over steamed rice with corn on the side. The only change I will make next time is to add a bit of cornstarch to thicken the sauce just a wee bit. 5 hours was definitely enough time...any longer than 5 1/2 and I think it may dry out the chicken.
