Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
GREAT, my family loves it. We're health nuts so I opted for the healthier option. I used Whole Wheat Flour instead of All Purpose, Egg whites instead of the whole egg, salt substitute, and Slenda's Sugar Blend instead of regular sugar. You only need half (1/2) the amount of sugar with the Splenda. It came out perfect and healthier.
