Chicken Enchiladas with Creamy Green Chile Sauce
These enchiladas were awesome! My whole family enjoyed them. If the kids like it then i know its good! Loved them.

Chicken Sopa
I cook almost the same thing all the time except that I don't use the broth & I add green onion. My family loves this meal. Very quick & easy.
