Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Very good & easy to make. The only thing I would like to say is it takes more than 2 minutes to broil the fish, maybe 4-5, i just kept an eye on the fish so it won't over cook. This dish is super. I added about 1/8 tsp of salt & 2 T of Japanese Panko for an extra crunch, other than that, I followed everyhting exactly as is. It's hard not to deviate from the recipe but this one does not need it. It's a keeper
