Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast
I have made this for years. I use Golden Mushroom soup and do not add water or moisture at all. The meat releases enough juices to mix with the Golden Mushroom soup to make a wonderful gravy that is not thin but just right. I have placed vigetables on the bottom and placed the roast on top sometimes. It is always very good.
