Moist Carrot Cake

This by far was the bomb!!! Everyone loved it. I did only use half the oil and other half applesauce. Will be making this a lot.

I was happy to see a review by another using Nutter Butter Cookies for their crust. I decided to add 8 mini butterfinger bars chopped up for the crust. YUM!!!! Then followed the recipe as directed. My children loved it.

Easy Key Lime Pie I

This is the first try for this pie, everyone just loved it! I did just use 4 eggs instead of the 5. My husband and friends thought I bought it. We will be making it again and again.
