Buffalo Chicken Dip

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2009
I am always asked to bring this dip to the party- it is a huge hit. I layered it like others suggested, so I mix the cream cheese with half ranch and half blue cheese. Then I top with the chicken / sauce mixture and bake it. I use Franks Buffalo Sauce instead of the Red Hot, and I also use a rotisseree chicken or pre cooked chicken- never canned. I also omit the cheese, I don't think it's needed. I serve with blue corn chips and celery. Delicious!!

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2009
This was good. I used Franks buffalo sauce instead of the Red Hot. Reviewers are right in not forgetting to add the butter, it really does make a difference. The one thing I would change is adding the ranch dressing packet, or use a lot less of it. Both my husband and I thought it was way to salty

Four Cheese Macaroni

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2009
So good! I did what other reviewers suggested, I doubled the shredded cheese and used 2 cups of half and half, and omitted the egg and pepper. I also topped with Panko crumbs mixed with melted butter. Baked for 15 minutes and then broiled for a couple minutes to brown the crumbs. I brought this to a party and recieved so many compliments and recipe requests. Next time I think I will use the larger macaroni pasta so it resembles more of a restaurant style.
