Low Fat Buttermilk Ranch Dressing
My family liked it! You can tell it's low fat, compared to the real stuff, but still good flavor and texture.

Strawberry and Feta Salad
Most excellent. Thank you! I only used half the oil called for in the recipe. I'm glad I did that. If you didn't wan't to putz with home made dressing, a rasp. vinegrette or poppy seed would do just great. This was a big hit, thanks again!

Mom's Buttermilk Biscuits
These did not turn our so well for me. The flavor was good, but too dry. I used coconut oil instead of shortening. Perhaps that was my problem.
