White Chocolate and Cranberry Cookies
Wonderful cookie. The 2nd time we made them we added some walnuts and cut back a little on the white chocolate chips. We need to double the recipe next time as they don't stay around long enough to have any for the next day.

Cherry Tomato Corn Salad
Quick and easy to make. We've made it a few times using fresh corn and found it's a great way to use leftover corn from another meal as well.

Zucchini-Chocolate Chip Muffins
Excellent muffin. Used wheat flour, 1/2 c brown sugar instead of white, 1/4 cup oil and 1/4 cup carob chips.
