Whole-Wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies
I followed the instructions, with the exception of butter instead of margarine. inoffensive but fairly mundane and forgettable cookies. I think with the texture of the dough, toffee bits would really perk up the recipe

Cinnamon Bun Icing
Delicious! I had a late-night snack attack and used the icing on a tortilla shell, adjusting the recipe for a single serving. I added raisins and cinnamon, wrapped it up, and put it in the toaster oven for 5-10 min on 350 degrees. Definitely hit the spot!

Spiced Quinoa
I'm glad that I tried this out this recipe, even though the salt content killed it for me. I even used low-sodium chicken broth. Didn't have pine nuts, but imagine it would be wonderful addition. Adding the bloated raisins and chickpeas were a must! Next time, I'll try it with half the salt and maybe some lemon juice.
