Onion Roasted Sweet Potatoes
I think this recipe was fantastic! I will cut down on the oil next time. Perfect balance of sweet and salty.

Dill Dip III
This was EXCELLENT! My grandpa used to always buy this dip and after a while we couldn't find it anywhere! I checked on here and boom! There it was, tastes identical!

Garlic Chicken with Orzo Noodles
Good dish! A little on the spicy side but I definately enjoyed it. There was something missing but I couldn't put my finger on it. Next time I am going to try putting cherry tomato halves and diced onion in it.
