I have made this salad a number of times but never got around to reviewing it. I have served this at large gatherings (over 100 people) and at holiday dinners with my family and it is always delicious and everyone loves it and wants the recipe. The salad dressing is the best poppyseed dressing ever and can be used on lots of different types of salads.

I made it the night before and while it was okay, I think it would be better to make it fresh and serve it immediately. I also found it a little bland so I served it with Balsamic vinegar and that gave it a lot more flavor. Otherwise it was excellent.
