Bread Pudding I
I like this recipe! It's simple and basic but tastes so good. Because it's so simple like a good old chiffon cake, you can dress it up anyway you like. Personally I like vanilla sauce but if I can incorporate Bailey's into this amazing little dessert it sounds good too. For those who want a sauce to go with it but don't have any recipes (ironically haha) or those who really really want to eat the pudding as soon as possible, try melting some vanilla or rum&raisin ice cream in the microwave and then pouring it all over the pudding. The cafe I used to work at does this all the time.

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
In my opinion, if you have your basics in baking, you can't go wrong with this. In fact total beginners may even get perfect results with a trusty electric mixer. It's so easy! And tasty to boot. I ran out of brown sugar, so I used the demerara I found in the pantry, waiting to expire on September. It has gone pretty sticky from sitting too long and since the grains are so big, a lot of demerara grains are still visible in the dough. The next 'wrong' thing I did was adding all sorts of chocolate since I didn't want to use up Mom's premium chocolate chips. Milk chocolate with roasted almonds, dark chocolate bar in the fridge, M&M's, big fat sour raisins and cocoa chips. Really wasn't expecting it to be good. Well, it turned out awesome. Can't wait to give these to my classmates tomorrow! Little tip: Stick an icicle pop stick into the flattened dough before baking to make a cute and sincere gift :)
