Easy Morning Glory Muffins
Wonderful tasting, healthy and filling muffin with lots of fiber. A great start to your morning. It is the type of recipe that you can add almost anything you want. Made 12 jumbo sized muffins and was able to freeze about half. Try to incorporate some ideas from the reviews listed.

Hot 'n' Spicy Buffalo Chicken Salad
Absolutely great! The only ingredients I added was tomatoes and cucumbers to the salad since we like lots of veggies in our salad. The chicken was delicious and cooked exactly as recipe directed. I am not a fan of blue cheese, so I substituted grated parmesan cheese instead for my salad. My husband had the blue cheese crumbles on his salad and thought it was great.

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
This recipe is golden! I knew it would be great an hour or so while cooking in my slow cooker. The aroma was fantastic! The only addition I made was adding sauteed onions mentioned in earlier reviews. At the beginning I put some chicken stock in with the chicken, dry salad dressing and sauteed onions because I was concerned that the chicken would dry out. I also added some fresh garlic at some midpoint during the cooking. At the end, about an hour before serving, I whisked 4 ounces of fat free cream cheese with a can of Cream of Chicken Soup (the low fat version)with a splash of milk. Will make it again and again!!!!!!!!!!
