Slow Cooker Scalloped Potatoes with Ham
We love this recipe. I double everything but the potatoes, and use hickory flavored spiral sliced ham chopped up. I used milk instead of water and no salt ham is already salty enough. The hickory gives this dish an awesome flavor. The leftovers are terrific too and I usually hate leftovers.
