Great Green Salad
I made the dressing with yellow mustard since I don't have or particularly like dijon mustard. I also added about a 1/2 to a full teaspoon of honey. I served it over a salad of greens, tomato, cucumber, green bell pepper, avocado, and some grated parmesan cheese.

Honey Garlic Vinaigrette
This salad dressing got GREAT reviews! I used a healthy oil blend and reduced the amount a little bit, I used minced garlic from the jar and doubled that amount, and I added a pinch of salt. I made it the night before, and I served it over a salad of mixed greens, sliced grape tomatoes, cucumbers, and sliced almonds.

Strawberry Romaine Salad I
This was a really great salad, although I used the recipe more for the dressing than the actual salad. I used low fat mayo, and halved the amount of poppy seeds.
