Pumpkin Ginger Cupcakes
these were really good, but next time I will not use the crystalized ginger.

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread
This bread was really good. My kids loved it. I used fresh pumpkin puree and my husband said it taste too much like pumpkin. I will try again with canned pumpkin to see if it makes a difference.
