I am a busy wife and mother of 3 beautiful children. I learned to cook from my incredible mother, and enjoy having my kids help me with meals. I can make a sandwich or a fancy feast for lots of company. I love the way a good homecooked meal can bring people together. I am addicted to the Tv shows "Hells kitchen"and "The next Food Network star" and "Unwrapped" I have a small crush on Bobby Flay also! I love chicken, and anything seafood.My children love meatballs!I try new recipes, and enjoy all kinds of cuisines. I like easy weekday meals, but I have a picky eater, my 6 year old son can make dinner a challange! I would really like to learn how to cook fish, not just fish sticks. cookies at the holidays and I cook Thanksgiving dinner for my whole family. My family says I make the best chicken pot pies. And my friends at work love my tortilla soup. As a Nurse, I am finding ways to incorperate healthier food into my children's meals. I love comfort food, and deep fried, so I dont always eat the healthiest, but I am really trying. Also I am terrible at sauces! UGGGHHH!
