Grilled Cheese Sandwich
I love grilled cheese. I also have tried various other items within my sandwiches: onions (not bad), barbecue sauce (way too sloppy), ham (good), sausage (okay). I tend to use more than one slice of cheese... Usually at least one and a half. My father's trick to ensure even cooking was to cook it on medum-low. He had a weight that he placed on top so that the bread grills evenly and perfectly. It takes longer than just blasting them on high heat, but they come out better!
