I browned the meat on the stove with seasoning first. Then I put in the crock pot with all the other ingredients. I used a can of beef broth, onions, carrots and the dry onion soup mix... yum

I used the remaining beef broth to defrosted the frozen veg. in a bowl with the microwave. I seasoned the meat the way I like with salt, pepper, worcestershire sauce and cooked with onions. Then, I mixed flour in water before I put it in the meat mixture. I added the beef broth and the ketchup and hot sauce and let simmer for 5 min. I did my own twist to the mash potatoes the way I like it. I didn't sure cheddar cheese because I don't like the way it melts all hard. So, I used mexican shredded cheese and put paprika ontop.
