This was a good dish but the kids not too fond of it. Was very fast and easy. Made it the night before and baked right before serving.

I have been eating this since I was little. My grandmothter (who is Italian) made this often. Just want to say, it is the best and easiest soup to make. My kids range from 5 -15 and they love it. Sprinkle with Romano cheese and serve with toasted Italian bread slices. Great for those cold winter days.

This recipe is really good! I don't usually like baked catfish but this change my mind. I took the advice of "d" and used Old Bay & garlic powder instead of salt & pepper. It is a quick "whip-it up" dinner for after work. My kids loved it too.
