Kung Pao Chicken
Oh my goodness that was spicy. I tripled the sauce, but put in two ounces of chili paste in instead of three and still super spicy. But all in all still fantastic.

Chicken and Corn Chowder
I felt like this recipe was missing something but my husband thought it was delicious. So all in all I guess it is okay haha

Spinach Tomato Tortellini
The hubby loved it. I put in three cups of spinach and cut down the pasta by about a quarter, used some Italian seasoning, more garlic, no salt, and double the amount of cheese. Fantastic recipe thank you!
