Fresh Broccoli Salad
Cut the bacon by more than half and it still felt like too much (is such a thing even possible?!). I poured out some of the bacon fat but kept enough to sautee the broccoli/onion a bit, since dinner was in 30 minutes and I couldn't wait for the vinegar to do its thing. Was great but next time I'll throw in another head of broccoli to balance out the other ingredients.
