Restaurant-Style Buffalo Chicken Wings
The chicken coated with the flour mixture in the frig is a LIFESAVER. The coating is veryyyyy crispy and I just ate the chicken without the sauce..I will be using the sauce later today for the 49er game. The sauce I used Louisiana Hot Sauce, butter, garlic and extra black pepper. I will bake them because I like my wings to be on the dryer side..

Easy Grilled Tri Tip
I tweeked the recipe..and all I can say is..Winner Winner TRI TIP DINNER! This recipe is VERY simple and very tasty. The soy sauce really adds a lot of flavor. What I did was instead of grilling the meat, I baked it WITH the marinade. I used both granulated AND fresh Garlic. I added a ton of black pepper on top of the tri tip to coat liberally. I did not cover the pan with foil as I like my meat to have a crust. I did cover it within 10 minutes at the end. I baked it for approx 45 minutes. I let the meat sit and used the marinade to top the meat when serving. I did not measure the ingredients..just eye balled it.. VERY tasty...beats going to a steak house..

Easy Chicken Enchiladas
I just made this and the filling is DIVINE. I boiled the chicken tender breasts in some salt, pepper, garlic and some taco seasoning to give the chicken some flavor...took the chicken out and let it cool. I then shredded the chicken and added a dash of taco seasoning and pepper. I put enchilada sauce on the bottom and on top (not too much to over power). This is a very tasty and easy dish to make. I will use this when my in laws come to town :)
