Salisbury Steak
The meat itself was very good, and good the next day as well but the gravy tasted way too strongly of worchestshire. It was almost inedible. I would recommend anyone trying this recipe, follow it exactly (or increase gravy, perhaps) but only add the worchestshire at the end and "to taste."
