Salisbury Steak
The meat itself was very good, and good the next day as well but the gravy tasted way too strongly of worchestshire. It was almost inedible. I would recommend anyone trying this recipe, follow it exactly (or increase gravy, perhaps) but only add the worchestshire at the end and "to taste."

Cinnamon-Curry Tuna Salad
Great recipe but consider "tweaking" it to your tastes. I found the cinnamon was too strong and mixture was too dry. With a couple minor changes...YUM!

Hungarian Goulash I
This is the beginning of a good recipe. It's just very bland and would be much improved with italian sausage. Word to the wise!
