Breakfast Pies
Loved the versatility of this recipe! I wanted to try making it lower in fat, so I used an apple/maple chicken sausage. It was pre-cooked, so I just peeled the casing off of 2 links, chopped them up and sauteed with onion and a tiny bit of olive oil. Ended up needing a 4th egg to make all 10 pies skipped the cheese. My 7 year old loves them and becuase he eats 2 @ a time, i'm glad I went low fat! Will try light biscuits and egg beaters next time!
