Chicken with Lemon-Caper Sauce
A little too heavy on the butter. Adding diced fresh tomatoes to the sauce is a great idea!

Squash Soup
We used one cup of cheddar cheese and a splash of cream, instead of the processed cheese. Mmm mmm mmm.
