Grandma's Peach French Toast
only gave 4 stars because after beating the eggs and vanilla together i saw that there just wasn't enough liquid to be absorbed into the bread. i added 1 cup milk to the egg mixture and poured it over challah ( i removed the crust first). with that change it was FANTASTIC!! next time i make it for a group i'll make 2, because no one got to have seconds!

Banana Sour Cream Bread
only gave 4 stars because the size of the pans was wrong - had a little mess on the oven floor (good thing i had special liner down). next time - and there will be a next time - i will use 8x4" pans. the taste though was amazing!!

Honey Mustard Chicken with Pretzel Crust
GREAT! served for company tonight and everyone loved it. put chicken on rack placed over a baking pan so that the underside didn't get soggy and was cooked the same as the top. used salted pretzel rods.
