Bacon Quiche
Heartily approved of by DH. He especially liked the crusty flaky bottom of the quiche. Used 6T of bacon crumbles (for salads) that I wanted to use up, added 3 stalks of green onions, 2% milk. Will use less bacon crumbles next time. Melted the butter in the pie plate to coat it, then poured the rest in batter mix. Did have to blot off the excess butter pooled on top of the quiche so will reduce amount to 2T next time. Also want to try it with shredded carrots. Thanks for sharing this recipe.
