Barbequed Steelhead Trout
This was the best tasting Steelehead I've ever had! I never thought of putting BBQ sauce on fish before but it was awesome! My daughter (not a big fish fan) commented that it tasted like chicken. She actually had seconds!

Italian-Style Round Steak
This is a very delishous meal! My family devoured it and wanted more. Very tasty and I will make this a "regular" dish from now on!
