Swiss Cheese 'n' Onion Quiche
This is a great quiche recipe! I added bacon and mushrooms to mine and it was sooo good. I also reduced the amount of onions to about 1/2 an onion. I would definitely make this again.

Cheddar Puff Biscuits
I really liked these biscuits. I tripled the recipe because the recipe does not make the 24 biscuits that it states it will make. These are very heavy on eggs, but it adds to the great texture and flavor. I already got a request for the recipe!

Aw-some Cole Slaw
I made this recipe exactly as it was written and it turned out great! Everyone loved it. Good and crispy. Way better than the stuff you get from the grocery store that is pre-made.
