No Bake Cookies I
I added about 3x more cocoa powder to this recipe. I also used sweetened condensed milk instead. My trick has always been to use a candy thermometer and boil the sugar mixture until the temperature reaches the hardball stage. After added teh dry ingredients, my mixture was much to dry so I melted another stick of butter into it and they set up PERFECTLY!!
