These were very delicious! I made them just as the recipe called for. I did have to bake them much longer than called for. At the time suggested in the recipe they were still very gooey in the middle. The top did get hard and crunchy but the inside was chewy and fudgey. YUMM!

Very good! I did as other posters suggested and got the onions, green peppers, garlic, and beans VERY dry before mixing. I also only did 1 TSP. of cumin as 1 TBSP. just sounded like wwaayyy too much. I decided to cook them in the cast iron skillet and that gave them a nice crust on the outside. They were very delicious and I will no longer be buying the pre-made ones in the frozen section of the store. Thanks for the recipe!

This pie was . . . interesting. The flavor tasted like my grandmother's buttermilk pie. Every now and then I would get a weird squash flavor though that just didn't quite match with it being a sweet dessert. I don't regret trying it but probably will not make again unless I have an abundance of spaghetti squash for some reason.
