Mexican Rice II

I have been looking for a good Mexican rice and I have found a keeper! I followed the directions exactly and it was an awesome compliment to our Burrito dinner.

Melt In Your Mouth Blueberry Cake

I love to bake and am always looking for new "signature' recipes ... this one is for sure a keeper! I followed it exactly and ended up with a yuumy 'old fashion' style cake that reminded me of my Gramma!
